Profit Growth
The goal of most businesses is to maximize their profits from one year to the next. Which is fair enough. But people are difference engines. We chose products and services based on the differences we perceive. Business owners frequently buy the features of their products and services. Buyers do not buy features. Buyers Buy differences. If you are a business owner and you grasp that one simple fact you will be well on your way to success.
